Our Program

The program is structured so that each of the 8 x Module builds on each other, so that at the end you will have a fully executable plan for your business. 

The 8 x Modules and 8 x Hours of One-on-One Coaching:

  • 8 x One-on-One 1 x hour meetings for each Module with your Serving Success coaches.

  • Workbooks, Videos, and Tools to build the framework for your business. 

  • At the end of the 8 x Modules, you will have an actionable plan for growing your business.

Implementation Coaching - 5  x One-on-One Coaching sessions​

  • Following the completion of the 8 x Modules, we will have another 5 x session of 45 minutes each for One-on-One Implementation coaching, where we meet with you, to review your goals and help you discuss next steps and any questions and challenges you might have

Additional Bonus Material

  • You will receive workbooks to help you understand and work through each concept and formulate a business canvas and plan.

  • You will receive a financial model for making projections for your food business, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow.

  • You will receive tools to price and cost out your products and understand your margins and break even points, to best decide how to structure your products, services and / or menu successfully.

Duration

Most clients take about 8 weeks to complete the Modules and have their business canvas and plan ready, and take between 1 to 3 months to work with us on the implementation afterwards.
